Buenos Aires Police Seizes Thousands of Street Vending Items

In an operation in the Pompeya and Parque Patricios neighborhoods, the Buenos Aires Police, along with the Government Control Agency, inspected seven commercial premises. The operation was carried out along the Sáenz avenue corridor and adjacent areas and was led by personnel from the 4th Division of Community Investigations. During the tour, agents verified the existence of various administrative infractions in seven premises, which resulted in preventive closures and intimations, as well as specific tasks carried out simultaneously to discourage street vending.
